Hand-Forged Heritage Skillet

The Heritage Collection represents Blanc Creatives most unique and elusive pieces of carbon cookware, each pan entirely hand-forged using heat and hammer as in Blanc’s earliest days, the sidewalls bearing the many hammer marks of its handcrafted origins. At the Virginia workshop of Corry Blanc and his team, each pan is formed one by one, the forged iron handle with heat-dissipating, two prong handle design secured to the 9″ base with oversized steel pins. Beautiful details abound, adding style to a tool that is as functional as it is elegant: carbon steel performs excellently on all heat surfaces including electric, glass, induction, and gas stovetops, as well as for cooking outdoors over an open flame.
