Blackened Longoustine Fork

Created by Alex Pole Ironwork in collaboration with a UK-based Michelin-star chef for his restaurant in London, a longoustine fork forged from stainless steel with blackened finish. Long, slim, and thoughtfully designed at every turn, each is handcrafted and unique, bearing the hammer marks of its hand-forged origins. A special edition, the few available here are all that remain from the original run.
