Hand-spun in south-eastern England, Alex Pole’s take on the classic casserole dish enjoys the heat retention and versatility of carbon steel, perfect for even heating and roasting. With solid, forged steel handles secured by oversized copper rivets, the casserole dish, including lid, can be used on any type of stove, in the oven, outside on the grill, or directly in the hot coals. Perfect for searing, grilling, and frying both vegetables and proteins, carbon steel is naturally non-stick, each pan arriving pre-seasoned with rapeseed oil.
