Eliciting algae-driven seafoam and the waves which help it coalesce is a one-of-a-kind chef knife by Madison, Wisconsin artist Isaiah Schroeder. Forged by hand from 26c3 ‘Spicy White’ carbon steel, the 240mm / 9.4″ blade is handsome, versatile, and built for the demands of a hard-working kitchen, sharp along a thin edge that sits below convex bevels, with a spine that tapers to a fine tip.
