Forged Titanium Pizza Cutter

Representing its maker, artist and designer Joshua Prince, to a tee, a modern yet rustic interpretation of one of the world’s great purpose-built culinary tools, the pizza wheel, is brought to life in extraordinary style. Joshua’s metal artistry marries organic, sculptural beauty in the form of a solid, hand-forged titanium handle, an engineering feat in itself, with the precision and symmetry of a stainless steel wheel completed with a brushed, radial finish. With the hand wrapped snuggly around the lower portion of the domed, rounded handle, the forefinger through the hole if so desired, and the thumbon the platform atop for downward pressure, the wheel turns at the end of the object’s arm on steel ring ball bearings. One of a series of pizza tools crafted by Josh at his Rhode Island studio in the Spring of 2024, each a one-of-a-kind, this head-turning tool is built to use daily and made an heirloom object to pass down to future generations of pizza lovers.
