The first of its kind, this unique and exquisite table knife set is crafted with the precision and thoughtfulness Dmitriy dedicates to every culinary tool made at his New South Wales, Australia studio, forging stainless-clad Vtoku2 san mai steel, giving the handles a welcoming, tactile texture, and the blades a superb, hollow grind, and a razor-sharp edge. The high-carbon steel core has been quenched, tempered, and etched to produce a dark grey finish highlighted by the vein of bright, pure nickel which separates the hardened Vtoku2 edge from the stainless outer jackets. Comfortable in the hand and designed for effortless cuts of proteins and vegetables alike, you may never use another steak knife again. For protection, and to carry the portable duo to any meal no matter the location, Dmitriy worked with the talented Martin Carswell of Carswell Leather to build a one-of-a-kind, double-stack leather sheath. Dmitriy stitched the included elegant, black leather double-stack sheath.
