In AEB-L high-performance stainless steel, Steve delivers 170mm / 6.7″ of razor-sharp edge beneath wonderfully convex, silky, satin-finished bevels for efficient and precise cuts. A superb full-distal taper along the spine results in a mostly stiff and sturdy profile with a touch of lateral flexibility in the forward inches for added versatility. That same distal taper also means an incredibly thin and pointed tip. For comfort and control, in a material as unique as the maker behind this striking tool, Steve has employed Nulam, an upcycled material made here in NYC from reclaimed and recycled materials found on the streets of the city. Secured with two, flush, stainless-steel pins, the handle and blade together form a fillet knife as functional and aesthetically pleasing as any we know.
