Silver Carbon Steel Skillet

Superb function and a wonderfully styled rustic aesthetic go hand-in-hand when cooking with a Stage Coach Forge carbon steel skillet, available in three sizes: 9″, 11″, or 13″, forged and shaped at the hands of artist blacksmith Ryan Sanden. In weighted, solid, 12-gauge carbon steel, the pan comes pre-seasoned and ready to cook with, perfect for use in the oven, on glass cooktops, and over the open flame, both indoors and out. Forged one at a time from thick stainless steel, the silver polished handle is lower in heat-conductivity than other materials, and offers wonderful grip and control while moving the pan around the workspace. Solid brass rivets secure the handle to the pan and the pan features a hand-hammered texture around the exterior.
