Return & Refund Instructions – Kitchen Shop

We offer a 14-day return window. Not happy with your purchase? No problem.

Steps to Return:

1. Make sure your item is unopened and unused

2. Pack it in the original packaging

3. Ship it back at your own cost

Once we get the item and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

Exchange Requests:

If you want something else, just let us know. If available, we’ll swap it for you.

Important:

Returns that don’t meet our conditions can’t be refunded and will be returned to you.

All items are under a 2-year product guarantee, excluding misuse.
