Anseong Vegetable Knife 185mm

A carbon steel vegetable knife hand forged in the South Korean blacksmith shop Anseong Daejanggan, run by Master Shin In-young. Its traditional rustic design incorporates a texturally finished, straight edge blade with comfortable, rounded hidden tang wa handle hand carved from hickory wood and embellished with a decorative forged steel ring. The blade measures 185mm / 6.8″ with a height of 55mm, designed for convenient and efficient vegetable chopping of all variety.
