Black Bean Bird Spoon

A unique and beautiful hand-carved wooden spoon in avian motif, designed and sculpted for serving, by Spoontaneous’ Terry Widner. The black bean wood was sent to Terry from a fellow spoon-carver in Australia where it grew, and Terry has revealed the browns of the grain in a nicely shaped, deep, and tapered bowl. The bird’s beak is bonded to the black bean wood, carved from an unknown, dark variety with lovely tones of red.
