Blackened Valley Cheese Fork

Sloped valleys run the length of the handle top and bottom, with a plateau at the end and two curved tines opposite. A cheese knife by way of Alex Pole’s collaboration with three Michelin-star restaurants in his native England. Forged by hand from stainless steel, each is unique and bears the hammer marks of its creation. The beautiful, blackened finish is achieved with heat, and caring for the solid stainless steel is easy, making it a perfect every-day dining room tool.
