Handcrafted on California’s central coast by long-time artisan blacksmith Dennis Kehoe comes the new Frying Saucer carbon cookware collection. In 10″, 12″, and 14″ diameters, the Frying Saucer design is a cross between a skillet and a sauce pan, featuring tall, versatile, sloping side walls around a flat cooking surface forged from thick, heat-loving, 10-gauge / 0.125″ carbon steel. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil and ready to cook with, the 10″ and 12″ models (6″ & 8″ flat cooking surfaces respectively) offer classic, comfortable long handles, with the larger 14″ (10″ cooking surface) model including a hand-forged loop ‘helper’ handle opposite the long handle. Use the Frying Saucer on gas, electric, glass, and induction stove tops, in the oven, over the open flame, and anywhere food is prepared and enjoyed.
