Kehoe Long Handle Crepe Pan

With its large, thick, 10-gauge carbon steel cooking surface measuring a full 10″ across, artisan-blacksmith Dennis Kehoe’s new Crepe Pan is a beautiful and versatile tool with no shortage of uses in the kitchen or outside at the grill. Handmade at his Los Osos, California studio, each Crepe Pan including long handle with hanging hole is forged by hand and comes pre-seasoned with coconut oil. Especially thick at 0.125″, the 10-gauge material distributes and retains heat beautifully for a premium cooking experience. Carbon steel performs with all heat sources, from gas, electric, induction, and glass cooktops, to inside the oven, and over the open flame. Crepes (or pancakes or smash burgers or bacon or…….) never looked this good.
