Another edged culinary creation as unique as the man who made it, this is the Fish Petty chef in a homemade stainless-steel mosaic by bladesmith Joshua Prince. Pre-owned in new and unused condition, this extraordinary object was crafted by melting and fusing pieces of house-made stainless damascus steel in a crucible, resulting in the one-of-a-kind blade seen here, with elements closest to that of stainless steel wootz, with complementary sections of material that remained distinct and separate during the heating process. Thin and sharp at the edge with an extremely fine, slim, and pointed tip, this 120mm / 4.7″ petty chef knife is sure to come in handy endlessly at mealtime. Completing the build, an integral bolster merges with a sculpted and comfortable piece of rosewood, culminating at a flush, polished brass retention nut.
