We take 1–3 business days to process your order, then it’s on its way and usually gets to you in 5–11 business days.

If anything goes wrong during delivery—maybe something breaks—just tell us within 7 days. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

If we ever run out of something, don’t worry. We’ll either send it when it’s back or help you choose something similar.
